Terms & Conditions
Christmas Menu can be used between 01.11.09 to 31.01.10 and must be booked and paid for in advance. All prices are per person.

All Booking requests are subject to availability. We require a deposit of £5.00 per person for the Buffet menu and £10 per person for the dining menu and tailor-made menus. The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 14 days before the day of your event. All food and beverage charges are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of a service charge.

Please advise us of your final guest numbers and menu choices at least 14 days prior to the event. The number of guests confirmed will form the basis of the final charge. Your party area is based on the number of people you book in - we cannot guarantee space for additional guests.

If you wish to cancel your event, you must inform your Events Manager in writing, either by post, fax or email 28 days prior to the event; on receipt of which the full deposit will be refunded. Less than 28 days notice incurs a charge of £5.00 per head for the buffet menu or £10 per head for the dining and tailor-made menus. No refunds will be given for less than 14 days notice.

No other discounts, offers or vouchers may be redeemed against any of the Christmas offers featured in this menu.

The party organiser must ensure that all party members are aware of this booking’s terms and conditions.
